She holds certifications in WSI, YMCA, AEA, 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Chair Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Aqua Kickboxing, Aqua Yoga, Life Guard, First Aid, CPR and more! She is a tissue toting, double twin rearing, hula hooping, sword wielding, empty nesting, yogi writer who was a mermaid in a past life.
