CEO and Founder of ThrIVe IV & MedSpa, hails from Seattle, Washington, and is proud of his Mexican heritage. He has lived in Puerto Vallarta full-time for three years, though he began visiting 32 years ago. ThrIVe officially opened on December 31, 2021, reflecting his passion for helping others. Before moving to Mexico, Mikel worked in California and Nevada’s dispensary industry, supporting veterans, cancer patients, and individuals with anxiety through medicinal marijuana. When California shifted to recreational use, the patient-centered focus he valued diminished, prompting Mikel to seek new ways to make a meaningful impact on others’ well-being.
