There have been quite a few posts regarding nightmare experiences with rental agents and properties. Well I have a good news story about an agent that has gone way beyond simply accommodating our needs. We rented a property that has more stairs than my husband can handle. Our agent recognized this and offered to move us to another location that is newer and has an elevator. Hes even offered to move our things for us. He takes great pride in making his clients happy and I would recommend him to anyone for a rental.
