A Chicago native, became a full-time resident of Puerto Vallarta in 2020 after retiring from a successful career as a general manager in technology. A passionate traveler and foodie, he has explored all seven continents and the Arctic Circle, immersing himself in diverse culinary traditions. In 2021, Edward joined Chef Roman Ventura of Ventura Chef Services, managing reservations, event planning, and media. Embracing this new chapter, Edward finds fulfillment in combining his love for food and organization to help create unforgettable dining experiences. He believes supporting a chef's artistry has become his true passion and purpose.
