Hello from Paradise in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! I am a chef and restaurant owner as well as a Certified Sommelier - 3rd Level WSET graduate out of London and a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers. I have worked in the wine and spirits import business, cultivated and directed beverage programs for large restaurant groups and hotels as well as consulted for over 17 restaurant projects as what i like to call “restaurant fairy” internationally.
I have owned 4 restaurants of my own and fill them with heart and hospitality.
I believe in building a longer table and welcoming all kinds of people, cultures, flavors, styles and traditions. I have lived in Mexico for over 13 years and embrace all the amazingness that Puerto Vallarta brings us. I am a food and beverage lover but a larger “people” lover and enjoy so much sharing a table!
