About
I am a double national/citizen US-MX. My Mother Amalia Ortiz, born and raised in Mexico City. My Dad Luman Burr, born and raised in Bloomington, Illinois.
I was born in Killeen (Fort Hood) Texas and my parents moved to Mexico City at the age of 4. At 17 we moved to San Luis Potosi, SLP, where i became a Lawyer, admitted in Mexico.
In 2020 I married Orquidea Lucatero, born and raised in PV. She is also a lawyer (but doesn't practice), a Psychologist with a Master's degree in clinic psychology, and also a teacher for Junior High. She use to work for Vallarta Adventures as the lead dolphin therapist, that ended with the covid pandemic.
I recently moved to Puerto Vallarta (August 2024) and now I am starting my practice in PV, Jalisco, and Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit.
