Gabby has taught thousands to swim and love the water in her 30-plus years of teaching all things swim. She holds certifications in WSI, YMCA, AEA, 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Chair Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Aqua Kickboxing, Aqua Yoga, Life Guard, First Aid, CPR, and more!

She is a tissue-toting, double twin-rearing, hula-hooping, sword-wielding, empty-nester, yogi writer who was a mermaid in a past life. She lives in the water and is an expert in swimming and Water Workouts.
