Carmen’s expertise is grounded in her education at Les Roches International School of Hospitality Management in Switzerland and her Diploma in Mexican Culinary Traditions from the ENAH National School of Anthropology and History. With her team’s support, Carmen continues to share the heritage of Mexican cuisine, offering memorable experiences that celebrate Mexico’s rich culinary culture.
